All transactions on the Apollo NFT platform are facilitated and run by smart contracts on the applicable blockchain. We may charge a service fee for transactions, which will be clearly displayed to you before you confirm the transaction. Creator royalties are also automatically deducted as per the smart contract.
When you purchase an NFT on our platform, you own the underlying token. However, you do not own the creative work (the "Art") associated with the NFT unless explicitly granted by the creator. Each creator grants the NFT holder a license to the Art, the terms of which may vary.
